I am a licensed Architect experienced in all architectural project phases and services specializing in commercial, industrial, retail, and tenant improvement projects ranging in scope to over $50 million. I am able to quickly assess project objectives and develop practical and economical solutions to complex problems, always with the clients/owners interest in mind. In addition, I have experience in sustainable design practices on projects that have successfully obtained LEED certification, including the first warehouse/distribution facility in the State of Illinois to receive a LEED certified rating.

Design Firm: Heitman Architects
I have the technical knowledge and experience to design, develop, and detail building envelope systems that maintain project budget while providing the highest level of detail. These systems include custom aluminum and glass curtainwall systems, masonry veneer walls, load bearing precast, architectural precast, metal wall panels, and EIFS systems. I have experience in monitoring the performance testing of these system in both the laboratory and field as well as experience in the root cause analysis of water infiltration issues in these systems.

I possess strong written and oral communication skills and have developed superior team management skills having successfully managed design teams in both traditional Owner/Architect and non-traditional Design/Build contracts. I have also served as a third party independent reviewing Architect. In each and every contractual arrangement, my participative management style is based upon the strengths of all team members allowing me to develop long lasting professional relationships with Consultants, General Contractors, Sub-contractors, Developers, Owners, and Sales Representatives alike.
